These terms govern your use of requestforpricing.com, operated by RFP Partners LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.
What this site does
This site lets IT buyers express interest in registering technology procurement projects. Submitting a form does not create a commission agreement. Commission eligibility, rates, payment timing and all other terms are governed solely by a separate written registrant agreement, provided before you sign anything.
No guarantee
Examples, rates, bonuses and figures on this site are illustrations only. Actual commissions depend on the supplier, product, contract value, supplier partner program terms and whether the supplier pays. We do not guarantee any specific amount or outcome.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for complying with any policies, agreements or laws that apply to you, including any obligations to your employer. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding and design belong to RFP Partners LLC and may not be copied without permission. Supplier names are the trademarks of their respective owners and are listed for identification only.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, RFP Partners LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our total liability relating to the site will not exceed one hundred dollars.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kootenai County, Idaho.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new date above. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
